Less busywork.
More time for
the good stuff.
Small, custom software tools for the work behind your food. Let’s fix one repetitive task—starting with a free pilot.
One local pilot partner. A small project. Honest feedback.

you actually work.

What’s eating up
your time?
The repeated questions. The scattered messages. The same details typed twice. That’s a good place to start.
One event. One clear plan.
A simple event sheet that brings the latest menu, guest count and delivery notes together for your team to review.
Less hunting through messages before an event.
Your experience.
A little software.
A useful result.
Show me
the busywork.
We spend 15 minutes talking through one task and how you handle it today.
Pick one
small fix.
We agree on a focused project. I build a prototype around your actual process.
Try it.
Tell me the truth.
You test it alongside your current process. We see whether it genuinely saves work.
Hi, I’m Josh.
Let’s start with
something useful.
I’m based in Plano and looking for my first food-business pilot partner. I want to learn from the people doing the work, and build something that makes their day a little easier.
You bring the experience and honest feedback. I bring the time to build a focused prototype. We’ll find out together whether it helps.
A practical starting point, with a clear scope.
- One task we choose together
- A prototype built around your workflow
- A short review each week for your feedback
- No automatic subscription or commitment
Any hosting or third-party costs are discussed first. Future work and ongoing support are separate decisions.
Before we pull
up a chair.
Why are you offering the pilot for free?
I’m looking for my first partner so I can learn from a real food-business workflow. You contribute time and feedback; I contribute the prototype. We agree on the project and its limits before starting.
We already have a website or ordering system.
That’s useful to know. We’ll look for one task your current setup doesn’t handle well. If it already covers everything you need, there may be nothing to build.
What kind of project is a good fit?
A repetitive task with a clear result: preparing a catering summary, organizing repeat-order requests, or confirming custom-cake details. We start with something your team can review before relying on it.
How much time will you need from me?
An initial conversation, a walkthrough of the task, and a short feedback session each week during the agreed pilot. We’ll choose review times that work for both of us.
What happens after the pilot?
We review whether it helped and decide what, if anything, comes next. Any ongoing costs, support or further development need a separate agreement. I build outside my day job, so the first project should not require round-the-clock support.
You make the food.
Let’s simplify the rest.
Tell me about the task you wish took less time. We’ll start with a conversation and see if there’s a fit.
